This is a music blog. I’m a music fan in Washington, DC and I’m going to write mostly about local bands and mostly about, eh, let’s see, folk/alternative/indie/uncategorizable artists. I’m going to write mostly about music I enjoy, and try to avoid trashing bands that I can’t stand. If you’re an intelligent songwriter, and a decent musician, and above all honest, I probably like your band. If you’re pretentious, melodramatic, or a lazy musician, I probably hate your band. I go to way too many shows for my own good, and you’ll be reading about them. Hope you enjoy!
